To enable us to confirm the funeral arrangements with the crematorium, cemetery authority and minister, we are often required to pay these other agencies in advance.

Therefore we would ask that these items be paid as a deposit within 48 hours of the arrangements being made.

If you are on income support, the Department of Work & Pensions may cover the disbursement costs and a proportion of the funeral costs and we are able to assist with making the claim.

Alongside this deposit, it is also our policy to ask for 50% of the Funeral Directors estimate to be paid prior to the funeral.
