“Over the years, our reputation for delivering a professional and personal service of the highest quality, has been built on trust and recommendation.”
ROBERT LODGE, Chairman

Dear Deb,
We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being next to us in our sudden family loss. Your amazing way and excellent assistance, from the first minute we talked to you, till the last minute you provided your services, are rare to find.
As we are not residents of the UK we had no idea about the procedures. Your assistance was crucial for us, as you helped us overcome many obstacles and delays. We would still be in London if it wasn’t for your exceptional professionalism.
Your suggestion for our last goodbye and the ceremony was ideal. The atmosphere, the service and the discretion you provided was exactly what we wanted and needed for our loved one. We would have never imagined a more peaceful and respectful goodbye.
Please thank all the Barnes team on our behalf for everything.
