Dear Deb,
We cannot thank you enough for all you did for our aunt’s funeral. Everyone said it was the best funeral they had ever been to. James was lovely and very helpful and Lucy the celebrant was fantastic.

I just want to thank you for all you have done for my Father’s funeral and the kindness and support you gave me. The funeral went really smoothly. Duncan and the men were just great in everything they did.

Mrs M - Hammersmith | 02.05.2019

I was overwhelmed by the kindness of the funeral attendants yesterday. A gentleman called Reg was so caring with us all, but especially G. I was so very proud of G. He spoke the loveliest words about R and said his goodbyes to him with maturity and grace. His bravery brought tears to us all. None of this would have been achieved if he hadn’t had your support and friendship. You truly are much more than your job Maureen. Would you please pass my thanks on to Reg and the others who were there for us.
My love and deepest respect.

Mrs M - Northampton | 25.04.2019

My parents knew Maureen in the W12 Branch, she was the most wonderful genuinely kind & thoughtful person – a gem! It’s a local business but it is Maureen who truly made the difference. Maureen listened to what the family wanted. Absolutely faultless. Thank you to all your staff for the respect & dignity shown to our darling mum, to the family on the day. Barnes & Sons really did deliver a memorable occasion & Bless Maureen too!

Dear Maureen,
Many thanks to you and your staff for your efficient and very helpful contribution to my father’s funeral yesterday. My elder son, who was a novice pallbearer, said that the staff directed him in a way that made everything so straightforward, and that they knew just when to step up and when to step back. It made all the difference.
